Evans Head is a sub tropical hidden treasure that is widely undiscovered, comparable to Byron Bay but without the masses of people, you will learn to surf whilst enjoying the long stretches of uncrowded pristine sandy beaches, rainforest, heathland and lagoons. The wildlife in Evans Head is exceptional, being home to 205 bird, 30 mammal, 38 reptile and 13 amphibian species.Evans Head also has a plentiful main street where you will find many shops and amenities

As well as daily learn to surf lessons/tours we also offer daily fitness/yoga sessions, kayaking, waterfall, wildlife and Teatree lake tours.You can go Deep sea fishing - as well as fishing straight off our back yard into the water. If you’ve been hard at it in the surf all day or just need to relax we have many alternative therapies available including massage, reflexology and aromatherapy.

Our resident guide, Plenko, has spent his life travelling the world in search of the best waves. He is a highly qualified surf instructor and has almost a decade's experience in teaching people to surf. After many years of travelling, Plenko returned to his home town, realising that the best spot is actually where he started - Evans Head! He and his wife 'Liz' now take great pleasure in inviting you here to share this bliss with them.
